We went up to my parents' cabin this weekend for the Oktoberfest. Kara had fun dancing on the stage and she even won one of the little carnival games. We bought the official stein for 2009 since it was Kara's first year. My mom taught her how to hold it up to her mouth and say "hellloooo" so it echoes. Thanks Mom. Kara had fun with Gramma and Papa as always. We drove home today and worn-out Kara slept in the car with her wonderful prize...a giant, inflatable, squeaking bat.
