Busy Days

This is why I get nothing done--and am ok with it! I could sit and stare at Kara all day and be quite content. She comes up with new looks while she sleeps and is just so alert now when she is awake. We went to a Christmas luncheon today at Aaron's school and about 100 people that have been waiting for Kara to arrive got to meet her. She wore a beautiful party dress and got so many compliments on how adorable she is. Every day is just such a blessing to have her.

Kim, I got your card today. I am so very happy for you. And OMG, Kara looks just like your husband, it's the weirdest thing.

I'm so happy for you guys. Merry Christmas, I think we both received the best presents ever...

I hope you dipped her in Lysol after visiting all those people! Oops, sorry, just a little germ-phobe OCD coming out. I can't help myself! This picture of you and Kara is my favorite so far.

quite the amazing pictures.. I love them all. the one with all three of you on the floor is the funniest one though! And Kimmer saying that Kara looks like Aaron.. I did make that note in the early hours and was pleased by it, instead of hurt. Such an amazing process to be going through.. 3 weeks old tomorrow.. 3 weeks ago, we first met, at close to this time! kinda amazing how time changes things..

She is so beautiful. She looks so content and you look so happy! I am so glad that she is bringing so much joy into your lives. It is so nice to be able to see pictures of her and to see how happy all of you are. Your daughter is going to be 3 weeks old tomorrow! time is going by so fast. Enjoy the infant stage...before you know it, she will be running around!
