Here we are on Christmas Eve with a beautiful, healthy baby sleeping in her crib. If someone told me last Christmas Eve this is where we would be this year I would have either laughed in their face but more likely hit them and then cried my heart out for an hour or two. We are so thankful this year and trust that God knew all along that Kara was on her way for us. During this time of celebrating Jesus' birth we are celebrating the miracle of Kara and the love and selflessness of her amazing birthparents. Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night...(of sleep, hopefully.) :)

What a sweet post. That picture is so beautiful. I am so blessed to know you and be your friend. It is special to be a part of precious little Kara's life. What a perfect Christmas this is. I am enjoying some rest and relaxation, well kind of. My mom and grandma are keeping me busy here. I miss you all. Enjoy this first of many many Christmas days with amazing Miss Kara. Give her a kiss and hug from Aunt Nicole. You and Aaron give each other a hug from me too. I will see you all soon. Merry Christmas to you!!!!
I don't know if you remember me but that is okay if you don't. IT has been a really long time since we have seen eachother. My family and the Kirklands grew up together when we were little. Me and my mom came down when Marci and Julio got married. Marci and Jamie always rave how you are such a great sister in law. I just wanted to say congratulations on your new addition. I am so happy for you guys. You deserve so much happiness in life and children make that happen. We are considering adopting someday. I wish you the best and I know that you guys are going to make so many happy and fun memories. Congratulations!
